Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client
- Clients may request the cancellation of services at any time by providing a written notice to BANOMANI TECH.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or an official communication channel designated by BANOMANI TECH.

BANOMANI TECH reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-payment, lack of cooperation, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, the client will be provided with a detailed statement of completed work and associated costs.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

Payments made for services that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable.

Fees associated with software licenses, third-party services, and subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

Services such as consultations, initial research, design drafts are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for projects canceled before completion, based on the amount of work already delivered.

Any refundable amount will exclude administrative, consultation, and processing fees.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of service delivery or cancellation.

Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to changes in project scope after commencement or issues arising from client delays or lack of communication.

Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of BANOMANI TECH, depending on the circumstances of cancellation and work progress.
3.4
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited within 15 business days of receiving the written refund request and bank details from the client.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a refund or cancellation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion and negotiation.

If no resolution is reached, the matter may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings as per the governing laws outlined in the service agreement.
Amendments

BANOMANI TECH reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
